Hot Body Bootcamps          Creating HOT BODIES in a Half Hour...GUARANTEED!!
About Us

Hello!! Thank you so much for your interest in Mt Airy/Chestnut Hill's premier Express Fat Loss Training Programs. My name is Melissa Roberts and I am the owner and Fitness Director of Hot Body Bootcamps.

I have dedicated the last 5 years of my life to helping others look and feel their best and to perform at their highest level possible in general health, fitness and sporting populations.

Being a female myself and having a mainly female clientele over the years, I have experienced and heard many of the problems and roadblocks that prevent ladies from achieving the results they want.

Us women, are expected to be able to handle Superwomen schedules, care about the safety and happiness of others and maintain the super physical appearance to go along with that superwomen schedule however, we don't always have a lot of time to put aside to achieve such a hot body.

After seeing the need for a fitness and life-style program that considers the physical AND emotional needs of women to get the results they seek, I decided to create the Hot Body Bootcamp program.

Though achieving a HOT BODY may seem impossible with so little time in our schedules, it's still very important in our MINDS to have one, and I want to make that possible!

At Hot Body Bootcamps we deliver Express Fat Loss training and nutrition systems that help ladies create HOT BODIES in a half hour or their money back GUARANTEED!

During this intense but fun 30 minute express group fitness class we incorporate full-body, multi-joint movements like squats, pushups, lunges, and a host of other great exercises that allow camp members to burn the most amount of calories in a small amount of time and have them leave feeling energized and confident to face the rest of their day.

Though these workout are brief, they give you the Ultimate bang for your buck type of workout and result in the creation and maintenance of a HOT and toned body for all of those women who have so much to do in so little time!

As much as I want you to come join the fun, as we get HOT in a HALF I know there are some questions that you may have about the program, so check out the FAQ below and hopefully that will answer all of the questions you may have:

Frequently Asked Questions

1.) When are boot camp classes offered?

There are several class options available each phase of camp: M,W,F 6:15-6:45 am; Tu,Th 6:15-6:45am; M,W,Th 6:30-7:00pm, and M,W 7:15-7:45 pm. All campers are required to select class time/days for each phase of bootcamp unless they are on the unlimited classes membership package. **At least 4 campers need to register for a class to be offered.

Arrival Time: Each bootcamp instructor will arrive on location and open the doors at least 15 minutes before the official start of the workout. Campers are expected to use this time to go through their own personal improvement  routine. This is also time to discuss any questions, comments, or concerns with the on-site trainer before the start of the workout.

Please know that our main focus is keeping our campers safe and healthy. Thus, each class begins with a complete, state-of-the-art warm-up emphasizing mobility and activation to best prevent unwanted injury and to allow for a more effective workout. Thus late arrivals will not be allowed to workout without a proper warm-up. Campers who are chronically tardy will be subject to membership suspension or termination on a case-by-case basis.

Departure Time: Each boot camp instructor will remain for up to 15 minutes past the workout- the extra 10-15 minutes following the completion of each 30 minute session is to address any remaining personal questions or concerns.

Campers are also highly encouraged to use this time to perform their post-workout routine consisting of corrective stretching and self-message to best prevent nagging aches and pains and reduce soreness between workouts. However, this program caters to those women who do need to get a lot done in a little bit of time, and we do understand if you need to leave immediately at the end of each workout. In this case, campers are expected to perform their post-workout routines at another time for best results.

2.) How long is each boot camp?

Our fitness boot camp program operates on an annual training calendar based on seasonal variations and school schedules. We offer 10 phases of bootcamp classes per year, each lasting 3-5 weeks in length with 1-3 week transition periods in between based on the time of year. All members are provided with maintenance workout and nutrition down-loads during transition weeks. Special workouts are also occasionally run during the transitional times of bootcamps. All downloads are available at the password protected Hot Body Bootcamp members-only site at www.hotbodybootcamps.ning.com

3.) Who will be teaching the Hot Body Bootcamp Classes?

The Hot Body Bootcamp classes will be taught by premier Female Fitness and Performance Specialist Melissa Roberts,CSCS and her highly-trained staff.

4.) How does the 2-week free trial process work?

Hot Body Bootcamps is an invite-only membership program. We use the 2-week tryout to assess if our program is the right long-term fit for each trial member. If you are in fact invited to join our exclusive program you will have the ability to choose from several membership options based on your current schedule and budget.

All trial members must complete and submit an initial boot camp registration prior to their participation in the boot camp class/es. Please refer to the FREE 2-Week Tryout Information for more details

Lastly, all interested trial members must attend a mandatory boot camp orientation. This orientation is meant to assess the current fitness level of each new trial member and answer any questions or concerns regarding Hot Body Bootcamps. Please refer to the Class Schedule and Annual Training Phases for more details.

5.) How do I get invited into the program?

During the two-week trial, we expect that each trial member attend at least 2 bootcamp classes per week. This shows us that you are serious about getting results.

However, attendance alone does not guarantee an invite to our program. We want to see that you are having fun and are bringing positive energy to the group. Complainers and whiners are NOT welcome!

Bottom line- if you make as many workouts as you can, work hard, and bring a positive mental attitude, you will put yourself in the best position to gain admittance to our program.

6.) How much does the program cost?

Hot Body Bootcamps is a monthly membership program. Campers are required to commit to either a 3-month or 12-month billing agreement at a membership level that best caters to their schedule and budget as outlined below.
