We understand that life comes up, and that flexible schedules make things easier to adhere to, so we are proud to offer several packages (class days, times and frequencies) designed to meet your unique needs and allow you to make it to all of your Hot Body Bootcamp classes.
We do require that accepted bootcamp members join for a minimum of three training phases, which each last anywhere from 3-5 weeks with a week of transition between the next training phase. This is to ensure the CONSISTENCY required to truly develop, not just a toned, strong, and energized body but GUARANTEES you the HOT BODY you desire and we strive to help you achieve!
